“Setale” Moscato Passito Dessert Wine – A Balanced Italian Dessert Wine Handcrafted in 2021 by winemaker Luca Scapola. Moscato Passito “Sètale” is a heartfelt tribute to family and tradition. Made from carefully selected Moscato Bianco grapes, this golden Italian dessert wine honors three generations, blending memory, craftsmanship, and love. Its name, “Sètale,” merges seta (silk) with Ale (short for Alessandro, Luca’s son), symbolizing both elegance and the enduring bond between parent and child. Unlike overly sweet wines, Sètale is perfectly balanced —velvety yet fresh. It opens with aromas of dried apricot, candied citron, and honey, leading to flavors of dried fruit, citrus, and a subtle saline finish that adds refinement and depth. The result is a dessert wine with harmony and elegance, ideal for savoring on its own or pairing with dry pastries, biscotti, and blue cheeses. With its golden label adorned by a vibrant spider motif—representing strength, heritage, and delicate beauty— Moscato Passito “Sètale” is a limited-production gem, showcasing the artistry of Italian Passito winemaking in its most memorable form.
